KaratIQ runs 100% on your local Windows machine — your data never touches our servers at all. We sign DPAs on request for Enterprise customers.

What happens if I cancel? Do I lose my data?

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — no calls, no retention scripts. After cancellation you have 60 days to export all your reports, photos, and client data as PDF + CSV. After 60 days the data is permanently deleted per GDPR.

What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Klarna), SEPA Direct Debit, bank transfer (wire), and PayPal. Enterprise contracts can be invoiced with NET-30 terms.
